A still white wine from vineyards on the southern shores of Lake Garda. It is a blend of Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose there are ripe peach and apricot, honey and white flowers, a light herbaceous touch and slight minerality. On the palate it is rich and layered, with a soft entry, pleasant acidity, balanced structure and citrus accents. The finish is long and pleasantly aromatic. Serve at 10-12°C with fish, seafood, white meats, soft cheeses or vegetable dishes.
