Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Immaculata 2026 is a Kentucky bourbon from Preservation Distillery of Bardstown, bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is unfiltered and was bottled in 2026 as the second release of the Immaculata expression. It is a blend of three bourbons: an 8-year-old wheated bourbon pot-distilled by Preservation itself, a 10-year-old high-rye Kentucky bourbon, and a 19-year-old Kentucky bourbon that leads the blend. Ancient Cask is the brand's name for its vintage-stock bourbons. The wheated component brings softness and honeyed grain, the high-rye adds baking spice and pepper, and the oldest gives deep oak, dark caramel, tobacco and antique leather. The mouthfeel is rich and oily, with a long, warming finish.
