Primitivo Seduzione DOP Falerno del Massico Fattoria Pagano

A red wine from Fattoria Pagano, Primitivo Seduzione DOP Falerno del Massico. It is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose opens on ripe red fruit and jam, with plum and cherry, spicy notes and a balsamic hint. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with medium-full body, smooth tannins and acidity supporting the drinkability; the finish is savoury and of good persistence. It pairs with grilled red meats, meat ragù, game prepared without too much complexity, hard cheeses and savoury pizzas. Serve at around 16-18 °C in a wide glass.
