Proclamation Blended Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40.7%)

Proclamation is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40.7% vol. It is made from grain whiskies from across Ireland, produced in small individual batches. The whiskey is triple distilled and aged in new American oak, then matured in bourbon casks and blended with a touch of sherry-finished malt. The label takes its look from the original Proclamation document, with blind embossing and redrawn fonts, including the spurious 'e' of the original. It is described as smooth with a clean taste, and a rounded, toasted finish.
