Promosso Spumante Dolce from Montelvini is a soft, pleasant sparkling wine with a pale straw colour and light bubbles. The taste is sweet but balanced by fresh acidity, avoiding heaviness.
The nose shows fruity and floral notes, with ripe fruit and a well-integrated sugary sensation. The finish is gentle and sufficiently persistent. Serve well chilled at 6-8°C in tulip or flute glasses.
