The Cabinet Barrel Proof is a blend of straight whiskeys bottled by Proof and Wood Venture in 2022. It combines two different mash bills.
The rye component is made from 95% rye and 5% barley, and adds a bold, spicy character. The bourbon component is made from 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley, and contributes a smooth, mellow sweetness that sits against the spice of the rye.
