Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey created in 2018 by Conor McGregor and produced in Ireland by the Bushmills team. The name refers to Dublin 12, the postal district where McGregor grew up. It is triple distilled, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle, and combines golden grain, malt and toasted wood.
The nose is light, with vanilla, honey, fresh fruit and a gentle cereal sweetness. On the palate come golden vanilla, ripe peach, light toasted oak and a touch of honey. The finish is clean and short, with vanilla sweetness lingering.
