Proper No. Twelve is an Irish whiskey created by Conor McGregor in collaboration with master distiller David Elder. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% vol.
The blend combines single malt with grain spirit. It is triple distilled and then matured in bourbon casks.
The nose brings black tea, mint, vanilla and sweetness. The palate is fine and sweet, with honey, mint, menthol, vanilla and a light spiciness. The finish is short and mild.
