Proper No. Twelve is an Irish whiskey created by the mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor. It is made entirely in Ireland, triple distilled in copper pot stills and then matured in ex-bourbon casks. It comes in a one-litre bottle. On the nose it is soft, with sweet notes of honey, cocoa, almond and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and powerful, with toasted wood, honey and vanilla, leading to a clean finish of caramel popcorn.
