Proper Twelve is a triple distilled Irish whiskey, a blend of golden grain and single malt, bottled at 40% ABV in a 37.5cl bottle. It was distilled, aged and bottled in Ireland, and it is matured for a minimum of three years in bourbon barrels.
The brand was founded by Conor McGregor, and the name refers to Crumlin, Dublin 12, the neighbourhood he comes from.
It is typically described as having hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood.
