Proprietors Reserve 'Cock of the Walk' Kentucky Bourbon

A Kentucky bourbon released under the Cock of the Walk label, part of the Proprietors Reserve range. It comes from Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, founded by Marci Palatella. She began in the spirits trade in the 1980s, buying forgotten stocks of old whiskey and exporting them to Europe and Asia, and later started creating her own brands. Preservation now distils its own pot-distilled whiskey, and also releases sourced and blended expressions under labels such as this one.
