A single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for seven years and bottled at cask strength, 53.5% ABV (107 proof), in a 75cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, and the barrel was hand-picked by Jay West. No water was added before bottling.
The nose and palate lean on deep caramel and vanilla from the oak, with dark brown sugar, toasted nuts and warm baking spice. The palate is full and oily, and the finish is long, with drying oak.
