Provenance Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and aged in Kentucky and bottled at 49% in a 750ml bottle.
It is a small-batch blend of barrels aged between five and eight years, selected by Jay West. This is the house style of the Provenance range, set apart from the cask-strength Single Barrel bottling.
It is described as having caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with a honeyed sweetness and gentle rye spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, and the finish is warm and medium-long.
