Prunotto Fiulot Barbera d'Asti DOCG

A traditional red wine from the Barbera d'Asti denomination, produced by Prunotto. It has a lively ruby colour and an aromatic profile centred on red fruit, with cherry and raspberry alongside floral nuances and light spicy notes. On the palate it shows fresh acidity, balanced by soft tannins and a medium-bodied structure that makes it easy and pleasant to drink. The finish is discreet, with fruity echoes. It suits cured meats, pasta with ragu, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, and is intended for short to medium-term drinking.
