Prunotto Granadiè Langhe Rosato DOC (75cl)

Granadiè is a Piedmont rosé from Prunotto, made entirely from Nebbiolo grown in the Langhe on clay and sandy soils. The grapes are picked into baskets, destemmed and crushed, then left to macerate for about eight hours at ambient temperature. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled 18°C, and the wine rests for a few months in stainless steel tanks at low temperature before bottling. The nose offers rose and raspberry, and the palate is fresh and structured. It works as an aperitif and with pasta dishes, cured meats or seafood.
