Puncher's Chance The Undisputed is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 108 proof, or 54% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from sourced five- and six-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons from IJW Whiskey Company, with a grain bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% barley. The whiskey is aged in deeply charred American oak barrels and bottled close to cask strength. The colour is medium to deep amber, and a little water opens up the flavours. The palate is rich and warm yet balanced and smooth, with warming vanilla and oak and a nutty note. The finish is long and robust.
