Punjabi Club Rye is a Canadian rye whisky with no age statement, bottled at 43% in Wisconsin by Minhas Distillery. The name honours the Punjabi roots of the Minhas family.
The nose is clean oak with rye spice, fresh grain and a light, grassy note. On the palate, orange peel and bright citrus lead, followed by ginger, coriander, pineapple, spearmint and white pepper, with a sweetness like cotton candy and marshmallow running throughout.
The finish is medium in length, warm and lightly peppery, with citrus lingering alongside oak and rye spice.
