Purity Craft Old Tom Organic Gin is a Nordic-inspired Old Tom gin from Purity, made on a base of Purity 34 Vodka. The vodka is distilled in copper stills and multilayer continuous copper stills, with 34 distillations, using wheat and barley, mineral-rich Swedish water and organic grain. The gin has floral notes, light sweetness, pronounced juniper and fruit from local berries, and is partly sweetened with liquorice root. It pairs well with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic.
