Pursuit United Barrel Proof Triple Mash is a bourbon from Pursuit Spirits of Louisville, Kentucky, bottled uncut at barrel strength in a 70cl bottle. It is the highest-proof bourbon in the Pursuit United line, and the proof varies by batch; the May 2025 batch was 119.8 proof. It blends straight bourbons from three states, each aged at least four years: Bardstown Bourbon Co. in Kentucky, an undisclosed Tennessee distillery, and Finger Lakes Distilling in New York. Each has its own mashbill. It was released in May 2025 with the brand's refreshed packaging. The nose brings charred oak, fresh baked bread, baking spices and caramelised nuts. The palate has spiced honey, rye spice, chewy caramel and peppery oak, and the finish is heavy with charred oak, honey, leather, tobacco and black pepper.
