Pursuit United Barrel Proof Triple Mash Bourbon is a barrel strength bourbon from Pursuit Spirits, bottled at 59.4% ABV (118.8 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It is uncut and non-chill filtered, and was crafted in Louisville, Kentucky.
It is a blend of three straight bourbon mash bills: a traditional corn-led bourbon, a wheated bourbon and a rye-forward bourbon. This is the 2025 Barrel Proof Edition.
The nose has vanilla bean, caramel apple and baking spice. The palate offers brown sugar, cinnamon, cherry cola and leather, and the finish is a lingering one of oak and spice with a dry warmth.
