Pursuit United Barrel Proof Triple Mash Rye (70cl, 60.9%)

Pursuit United Barrel Proof Triple Mash Rye is a straight rye whiskey blend from Pursuit Spirits of Louisville, Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at a barrel strength of 60.9% ABV, a stronger take on the original Triple Mash Rye. The blend brings together three straight rye whiskeys from different American distilleries, each made to its own mash bill. It is uncut and non-chill filtered, and this small-batch edition was released in 2025. The nose offers roasted cinnamon, herbal tea, mint chocolate and cracked pepper. On the palate come burnt sugar, caramelised orange peel, baking spices and leather, leading to a fiery but smooth finish with a long, dry oak spice tail.
