Pursuit United – Double Oaked Rye Whiskey (70cl)

Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye Whiskey is a rye whiskey given a second oak maturation, in a 700ml bottle. The extra time in oak draws out more wood-driven flavour while keeping the whiskey balanced. The second barrel adds richness, texture and depth, layering sweet and toasted notes over the rye's own character, with less of the sharpness of a typical rye. It is a full-bodied rye with pronounced oak, rounded sweetness and subtle baking spice, followed by a lingering, warming finish.
