Pursuit United Joint Operations Bourbon Whiskey (70cl)

Pursuit United Joint Operations is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made as a tribute to those who serve. Veteran Pursuit Ambassadors from across the military branches gathered in Louisville to choose multiple double oak barrels with different profiles and build the blend together. The nose is warm caramelised brown sugar and root beer fizz with tart dark blackberry. The palate brings toasted oak and root beer, balanced by velvety hot fudge. The finish is long, with molasses, black currant, dark cacao and buttery eclair, followed by cocoa nibs.
