Pursuit United Triple Mash Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey (70cl)

This is a barrel proof bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled uncut and unfiltered. It blends rye and wheated bourbons into a four grain whiskey. The blend is drawn from selected casks and is described by its makers as their boldest whiskey to date. The nose combines fresh pastries and caramelised pears with cured tobacco. On the palate come candied pecans, chocolate-covered strawberries, raspberries and cocoa powder. The long, warming finish brings amaretto and toasted oak, ending on allspice.
