Pursuit United Triple Mash Barrel Proof Rye Whiskey (70cl)

This is a barrel proof rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, blending three rye whiskeys. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. The nose pairs toasted marshmallow and demerara sugar with bright citrus marmalade. The palate moves from marshmallow fluff to the crust of a crème brûlée, then blueberry lemon pie. The finish is bright and warming, with lemon zest, fragrant cardamom and sweet nutmeg.
