Pursuit United Triple Mash Bourbon Whiskey (70cl)

A four-grain bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made by blending rye and wheated bourbons. The blend draws on several bourbons, whatever their mashbill, distillery or location, to build a single flavour profile. The nose is sweet, with fried dough and kettle corn layered over warm mulling spices. On the palate come almond croissant, baked apricot and bright stone fruit. The finish is warm, with cinnamon sugar, cola fizz and a little black pepper.
