Pursuit United Triple Mash Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Pursuit Spirits, a Louisville, Kentucky blending house founded by Bourbon Pursuit podcast hosts Ryan Cecil and Kenny Coleman. It is bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Three distinct straight rye whiskeys, each from a different mash bill, are blended together. Pursuit blends sourced whiskey and does not distil.
The nose brings vanilla lemon cake, citrus herbal tea and cardamom. On the palate are brown sugar, fresh pastry and tangy lemon frosting, with a tamed rye spice, and the finish has ginger candy, baking spices and chamomile tea.
