Pursuit United Triple Mash Rye is a blend of three straight rye whiskeys, drawn from mash bills made in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee and brought together by Pursuit Spirits of Louisville. It is a limited release for 2025, in a 70cl bottle at 54% ABV.
Each of the three whiskeys was aged separately before blending. The result is non-chill-filtered.
The nose brings clove, cinnamon bark, dried fig and toasted rye grain. On the palate come cracked black pepper, burnt sugar, caramelised orange peel, spearmint and nutmeg. The finish is warm and lingering, with baking spice, oak tannins and a touch of cocoa.
