An American rye whiskey made by uniting three distinct rye whiskeys from two heritage rye-producing states. It is bottled at 88 proof (44%) in a 700ml bottle.
The mashbill is corn-forward, which gives a smoother, sweeter style than the sharply spiced ryes it is set against.
The nose has vanilla lemon cake and citrus-infused herbal tea, with cardamom. On the palate, brown sugar and fresh pastry are lifted by lemon frosting and a little rye character. The finish is gentle and warm, with ginger candy, soft baking spices and chamomile tea.
