Quaglia Liquore alla Camomilla (70cl)

Quaglia Liquore alla Camomilla is a chamomile liqueur from Piedmont, made by the Antica Distilleria Quaglia of Castelnuovo Don Bosco, which began in 1906 with grappa. Dried chamomile flowers are infused for more than two months to draw out their aromatic compounds. The resulting elixir is then adjusted with citron peel, vanilla pods and other spices. The nose is intense and lasting, recalling fresh chamomile flowers with light citrus notes. On the palate it is soft and delicate, with floral chamomile and spice. It can be served chilled or used in cocktails.
