Quaglia Kummel Doppio Carvi is a liqueur from the Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont, made by infusing meadow caraway seeds for more than two months.
Caraway gives it a distinctive aroma, which stays balanced thanks to the sugar and the other spices used in the recipe. The distillery, founded in 1906 at Castelnuovo Don Bosco, also makes grappa and vermouth.
It is served ice cold, or used in cocktails.
