Quattro Valli Starlight Spumante Brut (11.5%)

Quattro Valli Starlight Spumante Brut is an Italian sparkling wine made by the Charmat method. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The long Charmat method preserves and amplifies the primary aromas of the grapes. Fine, persistent bubbles give freshness and complexity. The nose shows green apple, lemon, floral notes, fresh bread and almond. It is suitable as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, and is best served at about 6-8°C.
