This is a 10 Year Old tawny port from Quinta do Vallado in the Douro, in a 50cl bottle. It is made from Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Touriga Franca.
The port was aged in very old 600 litre oak casks and other old oak vats.
The nose combines dried fruit, praliné and orange confit, ending in tobacco. The attack is fresh, rich and velvety, and the finish is very persistent and complex.
