Quiquiriqui Mezcal Matatlan (70cl, 45%)

A mezcal from Oaxaca, distilled from maguey Espadin agave. Cooked in underground wood-fired ovens, then crushed and fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts, it is bottled at 45% vol in a 70cl bottle. Smoke blends with earth, raw agave and light pepper, with a long, persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used in sophisticated cocktails.
