R6 Carmela Caramel Flavoured Whiskey is a caramel-flavoured whiskey from R6 Distillery, named for Carmel, California, on the west coast. It comes in a 75cl bottle. It starts with R6 Bourbon, to which a caramel note is added, without a heavy or artificial sweetness. It can be taken straight or mixed in sweet whiskey cocktails. The nose is vanilla, caramel and sweet corn. The palate brings caramel corn, salted caramel, light chocolate and a light rye spice, and the finish is caramel with light cinnamon.
