This is a single malt from the Isle of Raasay, matured in Colombian oak and bottled in 2024. It is bottled at 50.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there is warm vanilla, soft caramel and toasted oak, with orchard fruits and a subtle coastal saltiness. The palate opens with honeyed sweetness and ripe pear, then moves to baking spices, light chocolate and creamy oak, with a whisper of smoke and sea air.
The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, oak and a touch of salted caramel.
