The 2025 Raasay Marsala Cask is a single malt bottled at 50.7% ABV. It was matured fully in Marsala casks, which bring a warm Sicilian character to a whisky made in the cool climate of the Hebrides. A light touch of peat smoke sits alongside winey, spiced notes.
The nose offers grapes, preserved fruit, heather honey and a hint of barbecue smoke. On the palate come dark chocolate, dates, spices and charred figs, with a refined peat smoke running through.
