Raasay Unpeated Chinkapin Oak Cask is a single malt from the Raasay distillery, released in its Na Sia Single Cask Series. The unpeated spirit was matured in custom-charred virgin American Chinkapin oak and bottled in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 61.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The notes describe dark fruit, rich caramel and toasted almond, with warm gingerbread and peppery oak spice running into a bold, lingering finish.
