Rabbit Hole – 'Alice' Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon (75cl, 54.4%)

A single barrel Kentucky bourbon from Rabbit Hole, bottled at cask strength at 108.8 proof in a 750ml bottle. It carries the Alice label, one of six Alice-inspired designs used for this series of barrels. The distillery's house style is built on fruit, sweet spices and floral notes, and this barrel sits well towards the sweet side, with nothing herbaceous or bitter in it. Tasting notes describe red berries, cloves, vanilla, sweet oak, crème brûlée and plenty of butterscotch.
