Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Rye Whiskey (75cl, 47.5%)

Rabbit Hole Boxergrail is a Kentucky straight rye bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, distilled in a Vendome copper still and proofed with Kentucky limestone water. The whiskey matured in American white oak from Kelvin Cooperage, toasted over a wood fire and then charred, and it is bottled non-chill-filtered. The name celebrates Louisville's boxing heritage and the local gyms that produced prizefighting champions. It is typically described as having a spice and butterscotch nose, with citrus and black tea on the palate and a balance of sweet and spice throughout.
