Rabbit Hole Cavehill Bourbon

Rabbit Hole Cavehill is a four-grain straight bourbon whiskey named in tribute to Cave Hill Cemetery, the final resting place of generations of Louisville distillers. The whiskey is built on a base of vanilla, with spice, honey and a fresh apple note. It comes across as remarkably mature. Spice comes first on the palate, and the finish carries vanilla and custard.
