Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a Straight Bourbon from the Founder's Collection. It starts as wheated bourbon aged in alligator char barrels, then rests in hand-made Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from the Casknolia Cooperage in Spain.
On the palate it has a smooth mouthfeel with cinnamon, tobacco, oak, caramel, blackcurrant, lemon and cherry. The finish is medium to long and clean, with wine, toffee and toasted pecans.
