Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a sherry cask finished straight bourbon with a wheat mash bill. It is a tribute to Heather, wife of Kaveh, a Louisville native and bourbon enthusiast who is described as the muse behind the brand.
The bourbon is finished twice, in new toasted and charred American oak and in PX sherry casks.
It is described as a refined whiskey with a hint of marmalade and a long, cascading finish.
