Rabbit Hole Adourra is a nine-year-old Kentucky bourbon from the Founders Collection, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is dry and earthy, with tobacco, dark cigar leaf and mineral notes, a sweet floral touch and cherry in the background. On the palate come oak, black pepper and a good deal of spice, alongside leather, tannins, dark fruit, light caramel and custard, with some sweetness late on.
The finish is very long. It begins smoky, then turns sweeter, with cherry, caramel, oak and black pepper.
