Rabbit Hole Heigold is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It pays tribute to Louisville's distilling history and to Christian Heigold, a German immigrant who established one of the city's earliest distilleries in the 19th century. The mash bill combines corn, rye and malted barley, and the whiskey is made with limestone-filtered water from Kentucky's aquifers. The nose offers toasted grains, caramelised sugar and a touch of spice, while the palate shows caramel, vanilla and oak.
