Rabbit Hole Mizunara Founder's Collection is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for 15 years. Founder Kaveh Zamanian selected a small number of barrels and finished them in casks made from Japanese Mizunara oak, giving a double-oaked bourbon.
The nose is banana, apple, pear and cherry, with mint, pepper, wood and vanilla alongside. The palate is described as earthy and confectionery in character.
