Ramazzotti is an amaro first created by Ausano Ramazzotti in 1815. It is made from fruits, roots, spices and medicinal herbs.
The drink is sweet and strong, and it works either as an aperitif before a meal or as a digestif afterwards. It suits those moments when an ordinary drink will not quite do.
