Ramos Pinto Adriano White Reserva Port (75cl, 19.5%)

Adriano White Reserva is a white port from Ramos Pinto, made from grapes grown on the house's four Quintas. The grapes are Viosinho, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina and Codega, picked by hand and given a cool skin maceration before and after fermentation. The Reserva is a blend of white ports aged an average of 7 years. The nose shows exotic notes of orange, passion fruit and spice. On the palate it is full-bodied yet fine and crisp, with a balance of sweetness and freshness. Serve lightly chilled, as a small glass before a meal or with foie gras or fruit tart.
