Ramos Pinto Collector Reserva Port (75cl)

Ramos Pinto Collector Reserva is an unfiltered vintage character port in a 75cl bottle. It is a five-year-old blend assembled from several young wines, made to give the feel of a vintage port without years of laying down. The house was founded in 1880 and draws on Douro grape varieties. The port keeps its fruity aromas while gaining some of the roundness of age, with a pale-red rim as the only visible sign of maturity. The nose is ripe, with dried plum, fig, blackberry, raspberry and cherry. The attack is smooth, with a full, balanced sweetness and ripe fruit on the palate, and the persistence is notable.
