Ransom Sweet Vermouth is a handcrafted vermouth made in Oregon. It starts from a base of barrel-aged wines infused with a blend of botanicals.
It works in classic cocktails such as the Manhattan or Negroni, and can also be served over ice with a twist.
The flavour is rich and layered, with warming baking spice, orange peel and bitter herbs alongside the smoothness of oak-aged wine.
